Recruitment of an agency/communication consortium and events for the YouthConnekt Africa 2025-Madagascar theme: Africa that we deserve 1. Context and justification The YouthConnekt Africa summit is one of the greatest annual events dedicated to African youth. Launched in 2012 on the initiative of the Government of Rwanda in partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), this Pan -African platform aims to connect young people to economic, social and political opportunities through the continent. In 2019, the African Union A Officially adopted the initiative as a strategic priority for the empowerment of young people. Since 2017, the summit brings together more than 5,000 participants from more than 30 African countries each year. For the first time, a French -speaking country welcomes this continental summit: Madagascar, which Organizes the 8ᵉ edition from November 28 to 30, 2025 in Antananarivo, under the theme of Africa that we deserve. This strong theme reaffirms the common aspirations of young Africans to inclusive governance, shared prosperity and lasting peace. The 2025 summit will tackle major themes such as green and blue entrepreneurship, the creative economy, peace and security, youth health, African diaspora, technological innovation and sustainable development.
