UNDP-MDG-00607 Recruitment of a service provider for training, support and supervision of a group in the context of the operationalization and exploitation of the contact center for the general management of the taxa of Madagascar context and objectives within the framework of the implementationFrom its "digital initiatives" program in partnership with the PIP strategic planning of the UNDP, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) will launch its first contact center to become a modern administration and closer to users. This center will be the unique point of contact for allTaxpayers and citizens to provide real assistance in the use of the various tools and services offered by the DGI (E-Hetra, E-Hethone, Ehetraonline etc ...) by best answering questions on procedures and tax legislation in force as well as the complaints,complaints and others. 1.
