Description:
Tenders are invited for Support for the Development of a Disaster and Climate Change Risk Reduction Program in Madagascar PLACE AND PERIOD OF THE MISSION The consultancy will take place over an approximate period of 30 days, i.e. from 07/24/2023 to 09/05/2023. A mission in Madagascar is desired, in Antananarivo and in the Melaky region (municipalities of Masoarivo and / or Trangahy) between August 16 and 31, 2023. OFFER SUBMISSION The consultant must submit a technical and financial offer for his service. The technical offer must include: · the CV and/or Portfolio, · the proposed methodology · an indicative timeline The budget must present all the costs relating to the completion of the 3 phases. However, for carrying out the missions, a financial and logistical contribution from the CRF may be made. The indicated price of the service must bear the words 'firm, global, lump sum and definitive' The complete proposal must be sent no later than July 5, 2023 to: franklin.sylvester@croix-rouge.fr ; copy to the address purchases-madagascar.frc@croix-rouge.fr with the mention subject of the email: 'Mission ECO DRR - Madagascar' complete and identical.
