The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Cyber Equipment In Antananarivo, Madagascar. 2.
