- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Thirty Three (33) Laptops. 1. The Government of Madagascar has received Funding from the World Bank for the implementation of the Food Systems Resilience Program for Eastern and Southern Africa Project, and intends to use a portion of said Funding to make payments under the Related Market for the supply and delivery of thirty-three (33) laptop computers. 2. The Development Intervention Fund (FID) solicits closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to carry out the contract. 3.
