Description:
The services planned under the contract relate to studies of the implementation of soft infrastructures (institutional and regulatory reforms, essential facilities, etc.) between the port of Toliara and the port of Beira. Here we understand by soft infrastructures integrated information systemsres, the different administrative procedures (port, customs, etc.) and the management tools which make it possible to improve the operational efficiency of ports. This includes all installations and arrangements allowing the reduction of goods processing times, optimizationion of logistics flows, effective management of data and information, and fluid coordination between the different stakeholders at the two ports. The duration of the mission is estimated at six (06) months.
