Call for demonstration of interest (AMI) Strengthening capacity of civil society organizations working in the HIV AIDS response program in Madagascarreference: 002/AMI/UBRAF/2025The joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDA) launched ambitious objectives in 2014 for Ending the AIDS epidemic by 2030, ensuring that 95% of people living with HIV are diagnosed and that 95% of HIV positive people take medication against the disease. The new national strategic plan (PSN 2023-2028) under validation shows us a strong prevalence at the level of the populations most exposed to risks (PCPER) and a trend of transmission to the global population.
