- Tenders are invited for Strategic Orientations and Funding Request Writing for ECHO HIP 2024- Preparation for Disaster Risks. Welthungerhilfe's mission is to fight world hunger and achieve sustainable food security. The organization operates in 34 countries around the world in development and humanitarian work. WHH in Madagascar has been operational since 1992 and is one of the key organizations in the food security sector in the country. For more than 20 years, WHH has implemented emergency and development projects in the Atsimo Atsinanana Region. ECHO HIP 2024 will be released in November 2023 around the subjects humanitarian response, Education in Emergencies and Disaster Preparedness (based on the information from HIP 2023). WHH Madagascar will position itself under ECHO's HIP 2024 to receive project funding from ECHO starting in 2024 in the Atsimo Atsinanana and Atsimo Andrefana regions. To manage the process of coordinating and writing a high quality project proposal, WHH Madagascar is looking for an experienced consultant to facilitate, coordinate and implement this process successfully.
