- Description of the opinion: Recruitment of a laboratory in charge of carrying out geotechnical investigations. The objective of this mission is to carry out geotechnical studies for 13 land located in 13 hospitals across Madagascar, in order to characterize the properties soil and assess its ability to support the potential installation of containerized laboratories. These studies are essential to prevent geological risks, optimize the design of foundations and ensure the sustainability of works. In -depth knowledge of the soil will adapt Construction techniques and minimize costs related to geotechnical unforeseen events.
