The tenderers will have to send their application file including the following elements: a) Technical offer of interest in detailed description of the methodology detailed schedule for all the stages of the service provision of the curriculum vitae of the main expert and its EXPERTEE team) Financial offer the detailed financial offer must be sent to local currency (in ariary) and in consistency with the various aspects of the technical offer.
