To carry out this mission, the service provider must have the following profile:- have a team of consultants with qualifications and solid-laws in labor economics, sociology, human resources, communication, IT, leadership. minus 5 years) of confirmed experiences in the field of skills development, communication, decaying.- have a strong capacity for analysis and writing.- have a good knowledge of the ILO and the SNU as well as of Collaboration with international organizations.
