The interested consultant is asked to send his application file including the following: Technical offer Letter of interest Detailed description of the detailed planning methodology for all stages of the service A curriculum vitae financial offer detailed financial offer (type of services 60 -day work fees on the basis of the daily rate, the fees related to the mission including Focus Groups meetings) must be sent to local currency (in ariary) and in consistency with the various aspects of the technical offer.
