- Interested candidates are invited to submit a technical offer and a financial offer demonstrating their expertise as a SIYB Master Trainer and their ability to conduct training, coaching and certification of trainers.The offer technical must include a cover letter, a methodological note describing the understanding of the mission, the proposed approach and the intervention schedule (60 working days), as well as a detailed CV accompanied by copies of diplomas, the GERME Master Trainer certification and relevant references from similar missions. The financial offer must specify the daily rate, the number of days offered and the total amount of the service, consistent with the technical offer. The offers must be transmitted electronically, in separate files (technical offer and financial offer), before the deadline indicated in the recruitment notice. Only complete applications will be examined. Technical and financial proposals must be sent by email to the address tnr-procurement@ilo.org no later than April 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (local time), mentioning the reference: ILO/MDG/RFQ/2026/48-ERR in the subject of the message. Only applications received on time and complying with the requirements of these terms of reference will be taken into consideration.
