- The general objective of the mission is to conduct a comparative analysis of the institutional, operational and financial feasibility of the establishment of the Climate Nutrition Window (CNW) mechanism, in collaboration with the FDA, as an institution. anchor and by articulating with at least one relevant private financial institution. This will involve clarifying the definition of the co-hosting modality of the mechanism around the FDA and defining the conditions necessary for its operationalization. progressive, initially on a pilot basis in the Anosy Region. Interested firms are invited to submit a complete application file including a technical offer and a financial offer.
