Country: Madagascar Description of the mission: I. Context The project "Strengthening institutional capacities for the promotion of the rule of law" (RCIPED), implemented for the period 2021-2023, Sinscripts perfectly in the priorities and commitments of The Malagasy State such as Quénoncés in the general state policy and the emergence plan Madagascar. In particular, it targets peace and security, the rigorous struggle against corruption, the Lututomy and the empowerment of decentralized local authorities, as well as sustainable management and the preservation of our natural resources. Its main objective consists in strengthening the capacities of national institutions, including those of the judicial system, in order to dilute Laccès to justice, to promote the rule of law, and to actively fight against corruption and inequalities, with particular attention paid to women and marginalized groups.
