Description:
1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies for the establishment of a long term agreement for provision of Taxi Services for the UNODC National Office in Antananrivo, Madagascar for an intial period of one year with a possibility of extension subject to satisfactory appraisal by UNODC. 2. Requirements for the taxi service provider include but not limited to: a. Service provider to have minimum experience of one year in provision of taxi service. b. Service provider shall assign a contact person experienced in providing passenger transport services to oversee the services provided to UNODC and ensure full compliance with all requirements of the Contract with UNODC. c. The service provider shall employ drivers with valid driving license issued by the competent authorities in Madagascar.3. The vehicle conditions must meet the following: a. Vehicles provided to UNODC must be in excellent functional condition and have clocked less than 100,000 kilimeters or 5 years old from the date of purchase (whichever comes first). b.
