Description:
1. United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested vendors for provision of accommodaiton and conference facilities in Antananarivo, Madagascar between August 2023 and July 2025.2.The specificationof the office space are as follows:• Conference rooms and catering services, upon specific requests, between 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2025; • Half-board, standard single room accommodation, upon specific requests, between 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2025. 3.Interested vendors must may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) to george.macharia@un.org with a copy to unodc-roea.procurementteam@un.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line.5. The EOI, clearly marked "Expression of Interest "Provision of Conference Room, Catering Services and Accommodation in Antananarivo, Madagascar from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2025 " must be received by UNODC no later than 23h59 Nairobi local time (GMT 3) on Monday 29 May 2023.
