Description:
The services provided for the contract relate to a program of awareness, awareness and empowerment of the population concerned by the work of the RNT12A within the framework of the two phases of the PACFC project. This program must identify gender -based violence (VBG), road safety, appropriation of road works and equipment. The mission of the retained consultant thus aims, in the short and long term, to minimize the risks of VBG and the risks of accident on the one hand, and on the other hand to the optimization and profitability of investments and also to guarantee the sustainability of infrastructure. The consultant's intervention is estimated at two months per quarter for 24 months.
