- The services provided for the contract include, among other things (i) the verification of the compliance and execution of the procurement procedures and the management of contracts with regard to the provisions of the financing agreement (AF) and such that they appear in the last approved markets plan; (ii) verification of the physical and technical compliance of achievements in relation to the disbursement rate; and (iii) examining the capacity of the project execution unit (CEP) to fulfill its fiduciary mandate. The duration of execution of the cumulative contract is estimated at three (3) months, four (04) weeks for the audit of each year of exercise of the PICAS-1 project. The period envisaged for starting services is June 2024.
