Expression of Interest are invited for Feasibility Study for the Implementation of Block-Chain Based E-Voucher System in Madagascar. Issue Date and Time: Oct 30,2023 14:46 Closing Date and Time: Nov 23,2023 00:59 The Objective is to Provide the Main Lending Project with an Innovative Mechanism to Achieve the Project-S Goal in the Short to Medium Term and to Bridge the Digital Skill Gap in Madagascar through Capacity Building and Thus Fostering an Enabling Environment to Allow Madagascar-S Agricultural Sector to Leapfrog towards a Digital Economy. This Objective will be Achieved (a) by Assessing the Current Digital Agriculture Landscape in Madagascar and Testing the Feasibility of Blockchain Based E-Voucher System; (B) Bridging the Knowledge Gap by Building the Capacity of Key Minae Officials along with Piu Staff to Facilitate Project Activity Implementation; And (C) Implement an Innovative Approach by Leveraging Potential Korea-Madagascar Partnership; Edcf Co-Financing Facility; And Expertise. The Sequencing of These Objectives will Give Minae and Piu a Clear Vision to Ensure a Successful Project Implementation. Direct Beneficiaries Include Minae Officials and Their Employees along with Farmers and Different Actors along the Selected Value Chains The Wbg Reserves the Right to Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, including but not Limited to, Name of Company Receiving the Award, Brief Description of Services, and Contract Award Amount, for Any Contract Award Valued over Us$250,000. Offeror's Proposal and Contractual Documents will Remain Confidential and Therefore not Subject to Disclosure.
