- Dear Bidders, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an external collaborator to ensure the management of the HIMO program and the mobilization of resources. Below you will find a summary work to be done:1. Technical support for HIMO projectsProvide technical guidance to the team and partners, monitor key indicators, and carry out field missions to identify constraints and propose solutions.2. Mobilization resources and pipeline developmentIdentify and engage financial and technical partners, prepare notes and proposals for HIMO projects (roads, agricultural and social infrastructure, reforestation, livelihoods, reconstruction post-disaster), and explore public-private partnerships for infrastructure rehabilitation.3. Coordination and knowledge transferRepresent the ILO to ministries, partners and donors, and facilitate the transition to the future HIMO Project Manager by transmitting key documents and contacts. Please note that if travel is necessary for this mission, travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
