Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an outdoor collaborator. You will find below a summary of the work to be done: the consultant will develop the PPTD III (2026-2030) from Madagascar via a contextual analysis, Workshops tripartite and the drafting of a strategic document aligned with the objectives of the ILO, national priorities (PGE, PEM) and international executives (ODD, UNSDCF). Change and the proposal for monitoring and mobilization of resources, incorporating the opportunities for digitalization/IA. Note that if a trip is necessary for this mission, travel costs will be borne by the bit.
