- The Government of the Republic of Madagascar received funding from the African Development Bank group below called the bank to finance the corridor and trade facilitation project (PACFC), and intends to Use part of this donation to make payments for the VOR/DME supply and installation market for Toliara airport. For this market, the borrower will carry out payments by using the method of disbursement by direct payment, as defined in the banks of the bank applicable to disbursements within the framework of funding of investment projects, with the exception of payments for which the market stipulates that payment will be made by letter of credit.
