Description:
The missions provided for this contract consist in: Developing and keeping up to date the detailed and quantified list of acquisitions of goods and services provided for project financing for all components; carrying out all operations relating to the market Project: the general opinion of markets, the markets plan, the development of opinions, requests for proposals, calling files until the signing of contracts relating to markets. Support sectoral managers in the development of reference terms and other technical files; ensure the availability of all the documentation of the project; take charge of carrying out the procurement process stages and guarantee their compliance; Establish trials -Velabls required for this purpose, as well as all reports and other documents relating to market procurement; dealing with stakeholders for all official steps in this area; representing the project in the markets commission.
