- Dear bidders, the representation of FAO in Madagascar invites you, by this call for tenders, to submit your best offer for the supply of various supplies and equipment for irrigation system for the following regions of southern Madagascar: Ambovombe, Ampanihy, Betioking and Betroka. Your submission must comply with all the specifications and requirements described in the documents of the tender, including all the annexes, and must respect the general clauses as well as the specific conditions appearing there.
