- Dear bidders, the representation of FAO in Madagascar invites you, by this call for tenders, to submit your best offer for the supply of certified food seeds intended for the following regions of southern Madagascar: Ambovombe, Amboasary, Ampanihy, Antanimora, Beloha, Betioking, Betrooka, Taolagnaro and Tsihombe. Your submission must comply with all the specifications and requirements described in the tender documents, including all annexes, and will have to respect the general clauses as well as the specific conditions appearing there. Constituent of the offer: a) The duly completed technical and compliance form form - in annex IB) The storage and distribution capacity verification form - in Appendix IIC) The duly supplemented financial offer - in Appendix IIID) The submission letter supplemented - In an annex Ivnotes important: • tenderers must submit their financial offer in Ariary Malagasy, strictly using the format of Annex III - financial table, and provide it in the two formats .xlsx and .pdf. • Any offer using a different model or format may be disqualified.
