- 388/RFP/BIOFIN/2023 RECRUITMENT OF A CONSULTANCY FIRM IN CHARGE OF STRENGTHENING THE COORDINATION AND INTEGRATION MECHANISMS OF THE RIO CONVENTIONS, PUBLIC AWARENESS AND AWARENESS AND THE REFORM AND CONSISTENCY OF LEGAL TEXTS AND REGULATORYObjectiveThe objectiveoverall mission is to support the MEDD in building systemic, institutional and individual capacities to implement the Rio conventions within the framework of sustainable development priorities. Specifically, these are to: Integrate the obligations of the Convention ofRio in a national sustainable development strategy/plan fully integrates the obligations of the Rio Convention; Strengthening the sustainability of financial resource mobilization is more sustainable; Strengthen institutional structures and mechanisms for linenIntegration and enforcement of compliance with the Rio Conventions into sectoral and regional development planning frameworks; Foster public awareness and sensitization on the integration of the Rio Convention.
