- 385/RFP/BIOFIN/2023 recruitment of a consultancy firm in charge of developing an Environmental Management Information System (SIGE)OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION The overall objective of the mission is to support the MEDD in implementing set up and operationalize an information system forur improve the monitoring and evaluation of global environmental impacts and trends at the national level, with a view to better environmental management. stakeholders on the system to be put in place;(2) Compile and gather a set of relevant indicators to be considered in the system; (3) Ensure in compliance with the rules of the art the process of acquisition and installation of computer equipment associated with the operationalization of the EMIS to be put in place, with the implementation of an corresponding capacity building plan; (4) Develop a harmonized data collection methodology; (5) Test the operationalization of the EMIS in a pilot targeted region.
