• 370/RFP/RCIPED/2023 RECRUITMENT OF A CABINET RESPONSIBLE FOR FACILITATING THE STRENGTHENING OF SYNERGY BETWEEN THE BODIES OF THE ANTI-CORRUPTION SYSTEM (SAC) GENERAL OBJECTIVE The overall objective of this support is to reduce corruption, including flows illicit financial institutions through the support of actors in theanti-corruption system and the control bodies. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES More specifically, this support will make it possible to achieve the following specific objectives: - Consolidate the leadership of the SAC to motivate each team of each body; - Share a common vision towards common objectives andt improve mutual understanding in order to create better synergy in the actions of the organs of the SAC; - Develop efficient common institutional communication not only to promote the ILCCs and their actions, but also to initiate a real process of change ofbehavior and practices in society and in the business community; Joint responsiveness in a timely manner to the relevance of attacks against the SAC; - Strengthen collaboration between SAC bodies by exchanging information deemed relevant, facilitating the collection of documentsCommunicable data that condition the work of other bodies;- Build citizen trust in SAC bodies through agreed accountability modalities. EXPECTED RESULTS The expected results of the activity are presented below:- Convergence of SAC towardsa pragmatic approach to achieving the objectives set and a common success of the LCC;- The implementation of a common communication strategy and plan; - Strengthening citizens' confidence in the SAC.
