- Country: Madagascar Description of the mission: Objectives of the mission The general objective of this mission is to contribute to the strengthening of the organizational capacities of the BNGRC responding to the functions, missions and attributions stipulated by the texts. The specific objectives consist in: - Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the BNGRC in all their dimensions (institutional, organizational and functional); - Develop a detailed reorganization plan of the BNGRC. Results expected from the mission The expected results of the mission are following as follows:- an institutional, organizational and functional diagnosis of the BNGRC based on SWOT analysis is carried out. - An action to strengthen BNGRC performance action involving the various actors and partners of the BNGRC is approved.
