208/RFP/BIOFIN/2023 Recruitment of a firm for the development of a national strategy for the implementation of the zlecafobjectivenerally, the objective of the mission aims to provide Madagascar with a strategic tool that will support development economic of Madagascar, through the development of foreign trade. Specific way, the objectives of the mission will be articulated around the following points:- Establish an inventory of foreign trade in Madagascar; - Develop the national strategy for the implementation of the ZLECAF of Madagascar, accompanied by an action plan and a framework for monitoring and evaluation (budgeted);- set up and operationalize a research and research mechanism mobilization of financial resources to support the implementation of the national strategy of the ZLECAF; - Adjust the ZLECAF communication plan taking into account the key elements of the strategy.
