Call for demonstration of interest (AMI) Strengthening capacity for civil society organizations working in the HIV AIDS response program in Madagascarreference: 001/AMI/UBRAF/2025The common United Nations program on HIV/AIDS (UNUSA) launched ambitious objectives in 2014 forEnding the AIDS epidemic by 2030, ensuring that 95% of people living with HIV are diagnosed and that 95% of HIV positive people take medication against the disease. The decrease in new infections and the elimination of discrimination are also to be heldin account for the struggle. The new National Strategic Plan (PSN 2023-2028) under validation shows us a high prevalence at the level of the populations most exposed to risks (PCPER) and a trend of transmission to the global population. The last PSN plan has forVision "In 2028, the population of Madagascar and the PVVIH will live in harmony and without transmission of HIV, in an environment of care, support and prevention, quality and respecting equity and human rights". The legal and legal protection of the rights of people living with theHIV, key populations, helps to reduce the impact of the epidemic, facilitating equitable access to care and preserving individuals from all forms of discrimination and stigmatizations.
